Do you take commissions/custom work?

I don’t open my commissions publicly very often due to me quickly getting overwhelmed, but I may be open for custom artwork sometimes depending on the current workload. Send me an email or direct message to see if I may be able to schedule in the commission.

Are you open for collabs?

Yes! I love working with other artists to create something new and exciting! If you have an idea for a project we could work together on please email me or send me a direct message on Instagram!

Can I stock your products in my storefront?

Yes! I am open for wholesale orders for other shops, small businesses or private clubs. Please email me or send a direct message on Instagram and we can discuss plans more!

Can I get your artwork tattooed?

Yes, it is always such an honour to be asked this question! I do not sell tattoo tickets, but if you would like to support the artwork, making a purchase from the store or leaving a tip on Ko-fi would always be appreciated! If you do end up getting my artwork tattooed, I would love to see it so please send me a photo!

What pink hair dye do you use?

My favourite pink dye is Knight and Wilson Colour-Freedom in Pink Pizazz. I have been using it from the very beginning of my pink hair journey. I always dilute it with conditioner to get that perfect pastel tone!

Where is my order shipping from?

LittlePinkGoblin ships from the North West of England. The ‘country of origin’ marked on international packages will always be the United Kingdom. 

I have placed my order, when will my order ship?

Thank you so much for ordering! I aim to deliver your order within the first week of the order being placed.

However, LittlePinkGoblin is an independently owned shop so each and every order is packed by a single goblin. During busy periods it may take up to 14 days for orders to be dispatched, but obviously I will always aim to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

If you have a certain date you need your order to be delivered by, such as a special event or a birthday, please send me an email or direct message as soon as the order has been placed that the order can be shipped according to your schedule.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping - 2-10 business days after shipment
  • Tracked/Express Shipping - 1-4 business days after shipment 

Orders to Europe

  • Standard Shipping - 5-15 days after shipment
  • Tracked/Express Shipping - 2-7 business days after shipment

Orders to Everywhere Else

  • Standard Shipping - 10-30 days after shipment
  • Tracked/Express Shipping - 10-25 business days after shipment

These times are a general estimation of how long the order to arrive based on the area. If your order is taking more than the maximum time for it to arrive, please get in touch so we can investigate the issue.

I haven’t received my order yet, what can you do to help?

Please refer to the estimates provided in the above section to see the general estimation of how long shipping times will take based on the area you live in. If the maximum time has elapsed, please send an email or a direct message on Instagram so we can investigate the issue. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We can accept returns and provide refunds for products that are still in the original condition and have original packaging, if any. The price of the original order will be refunded once I have received the product and am happy with the condition of the item.

For any earrings that need to be returned, 15% will be taken from the refund amount to replace the metal pieces for hygiene reasons, regardless of whether it is still in original packaging. 

What happens if my order goes missing?

Unfortunately I can not take responsibility for the package once it is in the hands of the postal service. Sometimes an order can go missing for a number of reasons, including label issues, misdelivery, theft, or issues within the postal services. 

If this happens, please contact your local post office or courier service that is handling your order. I do not have the resources or time to contact these services on your behalf. If the post office or courier are unable to help, please contact me and we can try to resolve things.

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

I can not take responsibility for the customer’s address; the shipping labels will be printed as provided by the customer. 

Sometimes when an order with an incorrect address is shipped, it will return to me after a couple of weeks. I will let the customer know if this happens, and the order can be shipped out to the correct address if the postage fee is paid for again. However, sometimes the package does not return. Unfortunately I can not take responsibility for packages that are lost this way.

Please take care when filling out the shipping label, and double check to make sure the correct address is filled out. 

My order arrived damaged / parts of my order are missing, what can be done?

Although items are checked over before shipment, but mistakes can always happen. Delivering good quality items is very important to me, so if you find an issue with your order, please get in touch right away via email or direct message on Instagram. A replacement, or partial or full refund will be provided depending on the level of damage, or customer’s preference.
